About

About

Here’s more about me in an acrostic-ish poem:

A - Always enjoys nature walks

N - Never passes up a moment to talk to strangers

G - Goes to visit people to visit their cats & dogs

E - Excited to play board games, especially social deduction

L - Likes trying new recipes & restaurants

A - Appreciates a good meme

It all started when I realized a poorly designed sink and a bad handwashing experience was user experience.

While I don’t have a formal design background (see career diagram below), I built my UX foundation through:

online courses: Google’s UX Design certificate, SuperHi’s visual + branding & UX design courses, Figma workshops

online resources: Nielsen Norman Group

foundational UX books: Don’t Make Me Think

and design events and community talks
